With over 20 years in the business, Rachelle brings unique technical and managerial skills to ESS. With a very practical view of project management, she utilizes her broad-based background to solve the concerns of our clients. Rachelle is responsible for preparing facility specific regulatory programs, including OSHA mandated programs, Risk Management Plans, Process Safety Management Plans, TCPA Programs, hazardous waste facility permits, and SOPs. As an auditor, Rachelle is able to cite the regulatory requirements, while assisting clients in finding the most practical and cost effective method for complying with the regulation. Rachelle has extensive experience in all aspects of site investigation and remediation. She has been instrumental in bringing several multi-million dollar remediation projects to closure.
Rachelle has worked cooperatively with clients to assist in the development of safety and quality systems, including but not limited to NACD's Responsible Distribution®, ACCs Responsible Care®, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
