When that is not possible, ESS is on call in the event of a surprise inspection. While we would all love to schedule our inspections, ESS understands that regulators don't always agree! Our regulatory clients appreciate the peace of mind that comes with our inspection response service. We can generally mobilize a trained professional to meet your surprise guest at the site and assist during the inspection. Even if a facility is geographically distant from our offices, we can still provide professional support virtually so that a facility can be certain to have an advocate. Our services are also available via phone or through applications such as Zoom, Cisco Webex or FaceTime. We are generally available immediately by phone at any time, and will travel within a 1.5 hour driving radius of our office in Hightstown, NJ. While we will do our best to advocate on behalf of new clients, we can best assist you if we are already familiar with your facility. Sometimes it is impossible for our team to get to your site while the inspector is there. We will travel anywhere in the continental United States to assist our clients in completing tasks required by inspectors or to address areas of non-conformance.
